Cancellations, refunds and returns
Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of your order. Orders for our products cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded after the 24 hours have passed because they have been sent to production and are custom printed to order.
Returns for defect
If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, please contact customer service FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer or to us without first contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require proof of the defect in the form of a photograph.
Delivery - lost or stolen packages
ASMDSS Gear uses tracking numbers on all deliveries. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered to your address we cannot be held responsible for claims of lost or stolen items, and we will not offer a refund.
If your product was damaged during shipment please email customer service at email@example.com or message us through our facebook using the "Message Us" button at the bottom left of all pages on the website. Please provide a picture of the damaged item and we will immediately get a replacement order started.
For approved refunds and returns, the product cost will be returned to your method of payment (ie credit card, PayPal etc) within 3 business days. Please note that your credit card company may incur a holding period or delays outside of our control.
